RESPONSIBILITIES
- The Project Manager assists with the planning, directing, coordinating, or budgeting (usually through the VP of Construction) of Estimators and Foremen for activities concerned with construction
- Participates in the conceptual development of a construction and service project and oversees its organization, scheduling, and implementation
- Supervise, coordinate, or schedule the activities of construction
Read specifications, such as blueprints, to determine construction requirements or to plan procedures
- Inspect work progress, equipment, or construction sites to verify safety or to ensure that specifications are met
- Assign work to employees, based on material or worker requirements of specific jobs
- Coordinate with managerial or technical personnel, other departments, or contractors to resolve problems
REQUIREMENTS
- 8 – 10 years of experience in the electrical industry
- Journeyman’s License, preferably MA & RI
- Vocational certificate or degree, or related work experience
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
- Project Management
- Leadership
- Teamwork Orientation
